OAO NEFTEMASH-SAPCON today is a state-of-the-art machine-building enterprise designing, manufacturing and furnishing process equipment for the fuel-and-energy complex (FPC), petrochemistry, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, housing and public utilities.
Guide Product Lines:
- Pumps and systems for running and metering fluids;
- Steel tank outfit for crude, petroleum and liquid chemicals storage and handling at the FPC, tank farms, fuel stations;
- Components for gas / vapour purification and oil pre-treatment installations(mesh sleeves, spray traps, bushings, gauze baffles and screens);
- Special processing equipment for materials (pre-)heating (electric furnaces, oven cabinets), polymeric coating and metal welding;
- Vibrounloaders for loose materials.
Today we fabricate over 200 machinery items.
Business links with major research institutes allow successful implementation of the innovative policy in the guiding product lines, where among the novelties are:
- mP-controlled solenoid drive dosing packages;
- Block-modular dosing installations (UND, UD, UDSK) for injecting methanol, demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, anti-eddy dopants;
- Steel oil storage tanks ancillaries (sample thieves, foam generators, flame arresters, etc.)
The quality management system worked out and introduced at our Company conforms the ISO 9001:2000 requirements, which is confirmed by the T V СЕRT, (Reg. No. 1510021368, valid till May, 2005).
The new quality philosophy followed by the team at large is based on the TQМ (total quality management) principles. These basic principles fixed in the new ISO 9000 version serve foundation for our corporate culture.
The Company is tailoring integrated business administration system which should fuse:
- Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2000 (GOST R ISO 9001:2001);
- Environmental Management System under ISO 14001 (GOST R ISO 14001);
- Industrial Security System under ОНSАS 18001 (GOST R 12.0.006:2002);

In 2002 mP-controlled aggregates ND4ML and ND5ML were expertized and certified by the All-Russia Thermotechnical Institute (ATI) for conformance with the branch requirements to equipment for application at thermal power stations of the RAO EES of Russia.
Design and development, manufacture and application of SAPCON's process equipment is regulated by norms and permits of the Russian Gosgortekhnadzor, Gospozhnadzor, Gosstandart, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the RAO EES of Russia.

The metrology service of our Company is accredited to carry out calibrations within the Russian norms system.

Machining is conducted on work centers and turning, milling, drilling and other numeric control machines.
In the stringent contest with domestic and foreign competitors our company is constantly improving serial products, as well as masters brand new ones with wide functionalities facilitating more effective and safe operation of industrial facilities.
Our new designs are registered in the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property in Moscow.
Currently we have 18 valid utility patents, 1 design patent, 1 company trade mark certificate.
